ELLIS FAAS BLUSH S302 REVIEWthe REVIEW: Ellis Faas Blush comes in a pen with the showerhead style applicator that makes it easy to apply – although you do need to use your fingertips or brush to blend it out. I am not a fan of blush in general – I have prominent cheeks that are often naturally a bit red and have a smattering of sun spots to boot, so I try not to draw unneeded attention to that area. S302 however, gives my cheeks a very natural looking flush that applies easily over other face makeup (or before) without getting streaky or looking obvious.

I’ve tried a variety of cream/liquid blushes with little success. What makes Ellis Faas’ blush easier to use is the product doesn’t stick to the skin like liquids do or blend away concealer/foundation like creams. Its a slightly liquid lotion consistency that blends easily and evenly over the skin without getting caught in pores or smearing base makeup. It also lasted the duration of a normal day with slight fading – but did not get streaky or cakey.

the FINAL ROAR!: Like all other Ellis Faas products, Blush S302 is a slight bit overpriced and I wish the packaging was more like a dispenser vs. an applicator. Still, the formulations are undeniably some of the best I’ve ever used (for cream based cosmetics) and each time I used them I’m happily surprised by the results. If you are bored with traditional makeup, Ellis Faas offers a welcome alternative to your everyday products.
