MONSTER BITE: My sun/age/dark spots are the bane of my complexion. I’m always searching for the “magical elixir” that will rid me of my spots without causing my skin to fall off and turn bright red. Short of medical procedures, topically removing dark spots is a relatively futile battle. However, Estee Lauder Crescent White Full Cycle Brightening Spot Correcting Essence did noticeably improve the look of my skin, softening a dark spot I’ve had for years. I love that it has a creamy, almost lotion-like texture and can easily wear it alone during the hot & humid weather. It reminds me a lot of the Chanel Le Blanc Brightening Concentrate in texture and results (but for a bit less $$). Adding the moisture cream at night yielded incredibly soft skin – but was too heavy for AM use (for my combination skin).
Overall a lovely set and the essence is certainly worth a look.
